Preparation for the PMP and CAPM exams. It is exam preparation, not a Fragali Institute certification.

Applied AI at work

Level 1: AI for operational work. Level 2: AI applied to one area, with asset management as the pilot area. AI supports the work; a person reviews and decides.

ApproachThe course teaches method, not a single tool.

Training Path to Operational Excellence

Process Excellence certification is issued by Fragali Institute. Every level ends with a final exam.

  1. Yellow Belt

    15 hours. No prerequisites.

  2. Green Belt

    25 hours.

  3. Black Belt

    40 hours in 13 sessions. Requires a real project that participants bring from their own operation.
