What information fragaligroup.com collects, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your information is Grupo Fragali, S.A., based in Antigua Guatemala. Contact: info@fragaligroup.com.
2. Information we collect
- Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, country, the line you write about and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and the cookies the site needs to work.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your message and follow up on your request.
- To route your message to the team of the line you chose.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not send you marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Your message goes to the team of the line you chose: EgProcess.pro, Linda Morena or Fragali Institute, all companies of Grupo Fragali. If you choose “Other”, it goes to Grupo Fragali management (info@fragaligroup.com).
We also work with providers who help us operate, under a duty of confidentiality: website hosting, email and a spam filter that analyzes submitted messages. Some of these providers may process data outside Guatemala. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, and for the periods the law requires. After that we delete it.
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to certain uses, or receive a copy of the information you gave us. Write to info@fragaligroup.com with your name and the right you wish to exercise. We reply within 15 business days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and backups. No system is infallible; if an incident affects you, we will tell you.
8. Cookies
We only use the cookies the site needs to work. If we enable analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent and you will be able to manage it. You can also block cookies in your browser.
9. Other group websites
egprocess.pro, lindamorena.cafe and campus.fragaligroup.com have their own privacy policies. This policy covers fragaligroup.com only.
10. Minors
This site is intended for people over 18. If we find information from a minor without a guardian’s authorization, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
